Employee Benefits

The Chino Valley Unified School District offers a full array of benefit options for its employees! Certificated and Management health and welfare benefits are pro-rated, based on the employee's FTE. Classified employees working four or more hours per day are eligible for health and welfare benefits, pro-rated based on FTE. Each bargaining unit has a health and welfare cap. Employees who select a benefit package that exceeds the allowance are responsible to pay the over cap amount via payroll deductions. Secure drop box available to drop off any payroll or benefits-related documents
Payroll and benefits-related forms are available in the lobby kiosk as well as on the web

Window Hours:
The payroll/benefits window is open each day from 2:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. for department staff to assist you. In addition, staff is available via e-mail or phone to assist you throughout the day.

Change in Mental Health Provider for Certificated and Management Staff

2011-12 SECTION 125 ENROLLMENT

The Section 125 (S125) Plan allows you to deduct eligible benefits from gross earnings before taxes are computed, which in turn helps reduce your taxes and increase your spendable income.
