Certificated and Management health and welfare benefits are pro-rated, based on the employee's FTE. Classified employees working four or more hours per day are eligible for health and welfare benefits, pro-rated based on FTE. Each bargaining unit has a health and welfare cap. Employees who select a benefit package that exceeds the allowance are responsible to pay the over cap amount via payroll deductions.
